TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Professional Engagement
By your engagement with JP Accountancy and Taxation Solutions Ltd, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Our engagement letter and these terms constitute the entire agreement between us. We provide professional accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, VAT, taxation, and management accounting services as an AIA-regulated firm.
- Fees and Payments
Our fee structure is transparent and based on the plan or services selected:
- Monthly fees are payable in advance on the 1st of each month via Direct Debit.
- Admin/Ad-hoc services will be billed separately and are payable within 7 days.
- We reserve the right to suspend services and serve a disengagement letter if fees remain unpaid for more than 30 days.
- All fees quoted are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all relevant information necessary we require to perform our services in a timely manner. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data provided to us. Failure to provide information may result in statutory deadlines being missed, which result to fines for which we cannot be held liable.
- Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the amount of professional fees paid during the 12-month period preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business interruption.
- Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately payable.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
